Getting the Latest News from Herbal Legacy
If you like Dr. Christopher's Herbal Legacy, then I want to teach you a simple process to stay up-to-date with the latest information about Herbal Legacy using a feature called RSS.
NOTE: If you are already familiar with the concept of RSS, you can skip the reading ahead and simply subscribe to our feed. Our feed address is

What is RSS?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is a way for you to get the headlines from many different pages on one website (or your desktop). It is a very convenient way to get the latest sports news, stock market updates, the headlines from your local paper and CNN, and of course, the latest happenings on A Healthier You Radio.
Don't worry - it isn't hard, and I am going to walk you through it in a few simple steps. There are many ways to get RSS feeds - I am going to teach you the one I use.
SIMPLE PROCES TO SET UP RSS on a Google Homepage
(NOTE: You may want to print this out)
Click on this button:
You should now be on a page that says "Add to Google Homepage" or "Add to Google Reader." Click "Add to Google Homepage."
You are now on the Google Personalized Homepage, and on the far left-hand side you should see a box that says "Herbal Legacy RSS Feed" with some headlines.
Just below the Google Search box you should now see a link that says "Don't have an iGoogle page? Get Started." Click that link.
Here you can add or change settings for your account. You are welcome to add or change any settings you want. Click "Show My Page"
Near the top you should now see a link that says "Please sign in to save your page."
Click that, then click "Create an Account now." Enter the required information to set up a Google account.
When you click the "I Accept" button you should see the following:
Email Verification
In order to verify that the email address associated with your account is correct, we have sent an email message to YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. To activate your Google account, please access your email and click on the link provided.
DO NOT click on the link that says "Click here to continue." Go to your e-mail and look for an e-mail with the subject "Google email verification." Open that e-mail and click on that link and you will be taken to a page that says:
Email Address Verified
Thank you for verifying your Google account. Your account is now activated.
Now click on the link that says"Click here to continue."
You should now be back on YOUR Google homepage with the headlines for Herbal Legacy at the top left.
You can customize your Google homepage anyway you want (Click on Select Theme or Add Stuff to find all kinds of fun stuff). Now, whenever you go to Google you will see your homepage with the latest news from Herbal Legacy. Many people choose to set this Google page as their homepage (if you want to do that, set your homepage to http://www.google.com/ig?hl=en
That's it! You are all set up. You will now get the latest news right on your new Google Homepage.
